Heritage Greens emulates fine hotels, with elegant comforts and a responsive staff that elevate daily living. We offer Independent Living and a full continuum for Assisted Living and Alzheimer's Care, in a thoughtfully arranged campus environment to accommodate changing needs.

Our independent and assisted living apartments feature a variety of gracious appointments. The shared common areas are tastefully furnished, and offer a wonderful place for residents to gather for socializing.

The Arboretum, our Alzheimer’s Care community, is extremely welcoming, and is arranged in friendly "neighborhoods." These are patterned after home, with a living room, family room with television, and dining room where residents enjoy family-style meals. This secure environment offers residents the chance to garden, walk on a garden path, or relax in a peaceful sitting area.

We’re located near a variety of conveniences. Friendly Shopping Center, grocery stores, banks, churches, and a library are all close by. We offer transportation and planned excursions.

Generations join together at The Arboretum at Heritage Greens as students from Trindale Elementary School in High Point, visited with our seniors for an afternoon of music and dancing!
