Our Community Management Team

Donny Veal started his Villa de San Antonio career as Executive Director in October, 2010. A native Texan, Donny attended Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas, where he earned Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Economics, Political Science, and Texas History. Donny has 10 years experience in senior care in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, serving as director of senior centers, manager of senior living communities, and as a Regional Director of Operations. A hallmark of Donny's career while serving seniors has been a passion for continuous improvement in resident relations and building team cohesiveness. He and his wife Linda have been married for 16 years and have 4 children and 4 grandchildren. They relocated to the San Antonio-Austin area from Abilene, Texas in 2004. Donny and Linda love to spend time traveling to and visiting sites of historical significance in central Texas and south Louisiana.

 

Andrea Ramirez started her Villa de San Antonio career as a sales director in 2009. Past experience in property management, sales management and as a Family Service Supervisor has enabled Andrea to provide quality service to the community’s prospects and residents. A local girl, Andrea attended Our Lady of the Lake University and has been married to her husband Wayne for 30 years. They have four children and one Grandchild. Andrea is an active member of various area councils, and her most enjoyable participation is volunteering for the San Antonio Children’s Shelter.

 

Darryl Greer brings much to Villa de San Antonio as the community's new Wellness Director. His experienced track record includes two years in El Salvador with the US Peace Corps and most recently as the Program Supervisor for the Methodist Healthcare Ministries here in San Antonio. Darryl's career reflects his philosophy on life, "We need to embody the change in the world that we wish to see." Darryl is widely traveled and has visited South and Central America, Europe and Asia. Darryl is a member of the Hash Hound Harriers, Return Peace Corps Volunteer Group, and an active youth sport coach for the YMCA and NEYSO.
